What does an Anchor Do Without a Stud?
There are some Delta® shower doors which do not require the use of studs for the installation. In these instances, the anchors must be used in order to provide a more secure attachment point, providing the stability needed to secure the track, and therefore, your shower door.
What if I Don’t Use Anchors?
To reduce the risk of possible injury or property damage, the use of anchors is required in accordance with the installation guidelines provided with your purchased product.
Are there Different Types of Anchors? Do They Vary by Installation Environment?
